MyCommunityNOW.com, Milwaukee Wave-"Take Your Best Shot" Photo Contest: Official Rules

• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
• By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules.
• All entrants must be Wisconsin residents over the age of 18 who are parents or legal guardians of the children being photographed.
• The entry consists of a photo of a child (or children) age 18 and under who is participating in a soccer-related activity (for example, a game or practice). The photo must be no more than one year old.
• Only one entry per household.
• Each entry must include the name, home address and daytime telephone number of the person entering the contest, the name of the child in the photo, and when and where the photo was taken.
• Entries can be emailed to contest@mycommunitynow.com or can be mailed to: “Take Your Best Shot Photo Contest,” MyCommunityNOW.com, 1741A Dolphin Drive, Suite A, Waukesha, WI  53186.
• All entries become the property of the Journal Sentinel and   MyCommunityNOW.com and will not be returned.
• Two winners will be selected – one boy and one girl -- by the staff of the MyCommunityNOW.com and the Milwaukee Wave.
• Each winner will receive a VIP prize package that includes four tickets to a Milwaukee WAVE home game in the 2007-08 season, an opportunity to go on the field prior to the game, an autograph session with two Wave players and additional prizes from the Wave. The Milwaukee Wave reserves the right to select the date of the game.
  Winners will be based on originality, quality of the photo and the appropriateness to the theme of the contest. The decision of the judges is final.
• The winning entries will be posted online at MyCommunityNOW.com and all local NOW sites.
• Entries must be submitted between Oct. 1, 2007, and 5 p.m. Nov. 2, 2007. Winners will be announced the week of Nov. 4. The winners will be contacted by phone or email.
• Prizes are not transferable and are not extendible to any other person and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Participants acknowledge that the Milwaukee Wave, Journal Sentinel Inc., their subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, or advertising clients will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use of misuse of any prize or participation in their contest.
• Winner agrees to disclosure of their names, hometown, and likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. All entries become the shared property of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the Milwaukee Wave.
• Employees, agents and directors of Journal Communications and its affiliates, and the Milwaukee Wave are not eligible to enter.
• By entering a photo, the entrant agrees to allow the photo to be used for advertising or promotional purposes in all forms of media worldwide without further compensation or payment.
